Doris Mae Thompson Livingston, 80, of Snowflake, Arizona, passed away peacefully on January,30, 2026 surrounded by her children.
Born in Frederick, Maryland on April 25, 1945. She was the daughter of Charles Landon and Goldie Mae Duncan. She joined four other sisters in the family, Madolee Montgomery, Phyllis Arthur, Carrol Moreland and Barbara Van Asdlan. She married the love of her life Carl James Lilvingston on December 29,1966.
She is the mother of six children. Michael Livingston, Mary Sundby, Martha Beher, Melissa Babcock, Mark Livingston and Melody Grimm. She loved being a mother, family time and togetherness. She was a grandma to eleven grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She loved her Heavenly Father and had great faith in her Savior, Jesus Christ. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. She served in the church in various callings and in her community. She served in the temple up until the last months of her life.
She was a secretary in the family owned accounting business for most of her working life. She had many talents including sewing and writing poems and we cherish her poems to this day. She was the heart of our family and will truly be missed.
Internment will be February 5, 2026 at 11:00 am at Arizona Veterans Memorial Cemetery at Camp Navajo, 14317 Veterans Drive, Bellemont, AZ 86015.
Funeral services will be held February 6, 2026 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at 2885 W. HWY 277 Snowflake, Arizona at 10:30 am.
