Kathryn K. Donnelly, age 77, of Taylor, Arizona, entered eternal rest on March 11, 2024, while at the Mayo Clinic, in Phoenix, Arizona. She was surrounded by her children and spouse, Richard Donnelly, as she passed peacefully beyond the veil. She was born August 16, 1946, in Twin Falls, Idaho to parents Myrle and LaVerne Larson. Her family traveled a lot through her childhood. She lived in Nevada, Oregon, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana. She and her husband met in 1966 while she was standing on the corner in Winslow, Arizona. They were married in the Oakland, California, Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on March 2, 1968. They enjoyed camping, fishing, and traveling together. She was a mother of six. Her kids will remember her as a kind and caring mother. She understood charity and did a lot of service in her family and church family. She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving in many ways. She served as a Relief Society President and Young Women Leader while living in Minnesota and was a primary teacher for over twelve years. She and her husband served a mission in the Canada, Toronto Mission and have made many eternal friends. Kathryn is survived by her husband Richard Donnelly, by children Michael Donnelly, David (Jessica) Donnelly, Aaron (Phyllis) Donnelly, Michelle (DeVere) Doucet, Daniel (Rebekah) Donnelly, Christine (Christopher) Platz, thirteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Kathryn is preceded in death by her siblings, David Larson, Roger Larson and by two younger sisters before she was born. Funeral services will be held in her honor on Monday, March 18, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at the Lovelake Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. There will be a viewing one hour prior to the services. Interment will follow at the Reed Hatch Memorial Cemetery in Taylor, Arizona.
